Tomorrow is going to rain, but today was PERFECTION personified...
The first mile out,
No pain did I feel,
But on the way back,
Oh my did my back & legs from pain, reel…
But a beautiful day did I experience,
Light winds from the southeast,
Off the ocean it came like a sea beast,

|Excellent. Now today, go for three miles on the beach in the rain! (It rained here all night, so it's headin your way.)|

|Envy you that 2-mile walk, Ed. If there's a heaven on earth,
it's on the beach, with your toe in the sand and the sound
of the surf soothing the old mind. -gene,
