I remember the face Wrinkled and old I feel the laughter That filled my body I remember the body Slow and overworked I feel the kindness That held my heart I remember the illness That concerned me I feel the joy That filled his eyes I remember the stubbornness That sadened me I feel the pain That consumes me I will always remember The love that he gave us Copyright May 2003
