kind of hard to read Jeff but once I did, it's some dam good deep verse

Before I read the other reviews I only saw it as a poem about God and our relationship with Him....most likely because of the picture. But YES it is also a love poem. SO I have now read it several times. Much depth there Jeff...layers and layers...makes you think and I like that in a poem.

What a beautiful picture, Jeff. Now I'll read the poem.

we will have angels to carry us on when the time comes. Redemption is for all. Meanwhile we live as best we can and do get depressed some and joyful at times too. It is a circle of life and we have to hang in there for better times to come. Loved this writing and the photo too. Mighty inspirational.

Well, my name is not Ed, but that is how I intended it to be seen - as both a "love poem" and as "Godly / spiritual." True love is, after all, a 'God-like' experience.

Angels, as well, are Godly creatures - "messengers" in most Biblical references - and therefore we often make analogies to those ever-mysterious God-created creatures, in order to see the parallels in life and love.

And what more devastating sight (or thought) could there be, than that of an 'angel,' despondent and hopeless. Angels, after all, are assumed to have no worries, and are so often seen as cheerful creatures.
