My philosophical take on life after some great exchanges with a friend - thank you friend.

It Seems To Me That

You can never laugh too much

You can never love too often

You can never be too kind

You can make peace eventually

Pain and hurt are part of life

I do not have to love my enemy to be a good person

I can hold people accountable for their actions

There will always be one more thing to do in a day

Life is what each of us makes it

Each person has their own reality

I don’t have to get it right every single time

We all have responsibility to keep this planet healthy

Those who are able need to give a hand up

True giving comes without the expectation of reciprocity

We need to protect and nurture all children

We must educate each other

Learning is a lifelong process

Violence never solved a damn thing

Beauty begins within and emanates outward to others

We must strike a balance between humanity and nature

Evolution is not a passive ride we take, we have a part to play

Hope creates infinite solutions to problems

It’s easier to see the value if we don’t buy the hype

Music really is the nectar by which we identify ourselves

Over-consumption is a mindset we can let go of and live happily without

Children need boundaries and guidance, not excuses and parents who parent by guilt

Elderly people are a long-forgotten and valuable part of any society

We must never forget the importance of human touch

We can become too politically correct

Patience is a characteristic I’d like to see a lot more of

We can live simply so that everyone has a chance in life

I can live without power, food and water, but not love

The freedom I enjoy came at someone’s expense and I ought to never forget that

My children have done a fabulous job raising me

We ought to strive harder to find the commonalities rather than the differences
Happiness is within my grasp as long as I reach out for it

Rose, once again you have shined and raised the bar of excellence with this timeless creation, my friend! Thank you for sharing these wonderful thoughts. I agree with Tommy, and also would like to add, it would make a great poster to be displayed everywhere. With your permission, I’d love to try doing it here in my local area? As is, of course, minus the picture, unless I had the artist’s permission too. Take good care and be well.

Rose,
I had to sleep on this write as you touched on many great points and lots of wisdom. First you and your friend should be saluted for this conversation and it is shame we all don't have more of these between each other. All of these are great but for me that meaning of giving and not wanting back in return is something that means tons to me in my life as that is what I have tried to do. Again this is one write I hope all on here will stop and read and try to follow also. Hey this also would be great to show up in sunday morning paper in the letters to the editor I think.
Tips my hat to you again my friend,
