Who The Hell Is Matt?! :))

OK, so I defy you to watch all four-and-a-half minutes of the YouTube vid below and STILL feel miserable... unless you're in the Demilitarised Zone in Korea, that is! It made me realise just how VAST the world is - yet how we are still just one humanity...

The story goes that Matt Harding is just yer average, every-day office computer geek. And, every day, he gets up from his chair at lunchtime and does his "little dance" to signal to his friend that it's time to go eat. He and said friend decided to take a year off to travel the world and, everywhere they went, they filmed Matt doing his "little dance". On returning, they posted their holiday vid on YouTube and it was spotted by a chewing gum company who sponsored Matt to go back and do it all over again... this time with people joining in. It really IS that simple!

So, People! Just get out there and do your "little dance"! :)) ... Methinks I gotta get me to Papua New Guinea!! Any sponsors??!! xx

DANCE, PEOPLE!
for Matt Harding

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlfKdbWwruY

Whatever makes you happy
Whatever makes you bounce
The world would weigh much lighter
If you give up your little ounce

One atom of your feel-good
Could span the globe around
Dispel some heavy gloom-cloud
Plough up some barren ground

One show of good emotion
Could give the earth new heart
Get strong connections going
Prepare a fresh kick-start

There will only ever be just one You
And not another Me
But put us altogether and
it can start a great big We**

Just pass a wink and share your smile
While dashing for that bus
Won’t take too long ‘til right behind’s
a distance-running Us!

**… yeah, OK… no innuendo, please! :)) xx

YOU are on a roll Kate, love the expressively lively feeling in which you write this!
I feel you bouncing around from here to there!
Your imagery is enough that seeing the Vid I still may do!
Do you dance!
Everyone should, every day would feel like a refreshing new start!
I'M GAME!

WRITE ON!
ALWAYS! Stay Positive/Positive Energy in the Jig!

I kept thinking, the same jig everywhere he goes? Then he changed it up once or twice. Fun to watch. Nice poem in honor of positive energy. Hugs,

Thank you Kate for this wonderful and light piece. Isn't it nice to get out and do your little life's dance? Wonderful images that the whole world should share. Maybe if everybody did their life's dance, there wouldn't be any more wars. Maybe. Thank you for sharing.

May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and who love you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie.

Kate smiling is infectuous and I know your smile is also one of the most infectous of all, for whenever I have checked your profile picture which I do most writers I read prior to reviewing I always see a smile that makes me feel good. There is much sadness in this world but if we can smile at strangers then strangers may not be strange for too long...

What an experience. Every picture showed happy smiling people. Not ball room dancing but the expression of active happiness and mirth. Now Matt has to go the The UN and persuade EVERY national leader to join him in the dance and singing. Perhaps even invite the Taleban (without arms) It's such a natural thing to do.
Well done
