To fall asleep beside her would be a crime,
A deprivation to the eyes
A wasted loss of loving time.

To watch her sleep is like watching an Angel breathe,
Her chest rises and falls like wings
As her body seems to float above the sheets.

To surprise her has become a constant need,
As her rewards to me are smiles and hugs,
There is also truth, love and honesty.

Under the blanket on the bed she tucks,
Shy at first to my hands
Yet a warmth moves within her with every touch.

Each night with her is like floating on a breeze
Her arms holding me as I fall
Gaining strength from her I fight off the narcolepsy.

She says that our love is like a new toy
But comfortable and passionate
Describes our looks, our talk, our joy.

Beautiful is all that she is to me
No grey skies, no dark clouds,
Only rainbows and sunsets do I see.

This poem of love might help subdue her strangle
