thoughts to ponder...

here we stand...
at the foot of the "tree of knowledge"
red apples gleaming bright
do we give into temptation
forget everything we know
and become enlightened?
or do we place our trust
in something greater...
our lives that of sheep...
following our shepherd...
what to do...

Respected Poet,

The words of the poem very pious and philosophy. Gives inner voice, making to rejoice into quest!
But it has various meanings and learnings.
God Bless you,

Yours truly,

Yes Mary ignorance WAS a bliss but before eating from the "tree of knwledge". After eating Knowledge is salvation. This poem has a big message

A huge question, indeed. After eating one too many of those red apples, I'm beginning to think ignorance is bliss.
