Of kings and priests
with enfeebled wills
and of tainted souls
I will sing of now-
Siren call and scented
breath easily ensare those
who fail my test-
Worlds beyond becon those
of proven souls and hardend
wills-
The flesh is weak
yet steal was once an idea
without substance-
To break the chains which
bind the soul-
To journey beyond Orion's door-
To escape the lure of siren spells
takes intrepid souls of hardend
wills-
Who dares venture where none
have gone before-
A toast to those who heed
my call-

On this fifty-sixth day of Spring I Salute You, Sublime Poet!

You surreal symbolistical, teleological and philosophical poem,
"a call" has been read, heard, and its message duly acknowledged.

Thank You for showing the world that the sWORDs of a true Poet
never fail to cut the neck of indifference and the apathetic tongue
of the meek.

Healthy Creative and Courageous Day!

Splendid write of a journey in which may soon be forthcoming. I enjoyed the flow and content of this piece.
