Came out with an idea that was a whammy |
|
When I first wrote this poem, I was not aware of the truth about Obama, spread by a man who has been labeled a Paranoid Schizophrenic. Due to his touch of insanity, although the rumor spreader studied law and passed the bar exam, he was not granted a license to practice law due to his mental instability. As the truth about this liar was revealed, I researched Obama's past and came to admire Obama. In the end, I voted for him as President of the United States.
As prez this country he'll run, With bright ideas that sound like fun, With intelligence and forethought, Although he really ought, To keep his day job as Senator. The latest was truly a whammy, Even coming from the likes of Obammy, He would cancel moon exploration, And put the funds into education, Something he thunk about all day, And had the courage to say, That was a statement bizarre, Even for Obammy, However he refuses to question, The thievery, For fear of tackling with, Washington's hierarchy. I've nothing against pushing schools, Except Senators are hustling cash, From the Health, Educ & Welfare pools, For foreign family junkets, Office furniture and other such trash. So when the sun goes kaputty, As scientists predict, We can thank Obammy, For his priceless edict, We'll be stuck on this planet, With no where to go, But we'll all die together, This much I know, And we'll all be smart, Because of this upstart, And his ideas that come out of nowhere. Now Oprah's campaigning for this male, She wants in the White House, At the end of the trail, But if he gets in, It'll be a kick in the shin, 'Cause our needs won't really matter, Since we'll be rationed on bread and water. As an afterthought, let me add that I'm not prejudiced. With all of the intelligent black leaders in this country, how did they pick Obama? Did they throw names in a hat and pick at random. I would've voted for Martin Luther King, Jr, a compassionate man who sought civil rights through a process that was dignified. I also would've voted for Colon Powell had he not aligned himself with Bush and fought to hold up the Prez' lies.

Very interesting comments. Isn't it amazing how difficult it has been for Obama to get things done. I like the man, but he is just beginning to become a Washington politician. I guess even great men must learn to feather enough beds to get his own agenda across.

There are 3 "things" I despise in this world
Politicians, Lawyers and Car salesmen, not necessarily in that order

I did not vote for Mr. Obama. Still, he is our new president and I will pray for him to unite this country as "One nation under God." I know it's hard for some to face because so many politicians are outright liars. We have been burnt before, Still, I am an eternal optimist and I will give him a fair chance. I hope you can see this point of view.
Blessings,
John Michael

Any man who won't salute the flag when the National Anthem is being played (saw the pic), I have no respect for. He does NOT deserve to be President! And neither does Hillary!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :( |

| I think Colon Powell would have made a good president. He was railroaded by Dumbfuck and cronies, used as a scapegoat. What is interesting about many the candidates is they actually think they have a chance. Some of these campaigns are a waste of good money. |
