A few thoughts on how to...

What would you do to gain fame?

Would you abandon all sense of shame?

What would you do to gain riches?

Would you become the bitch of all bitches?

What would you do to gain success?

Would you allow your life to become a mess?

What would you do to gain acclaim?

Would you trample on your own good name?

What would you do to gain financial help?

Would you sell your soul to become Lucifer's whelp?

If your answer is Yes to any of the above,

You've got my awe if not my love.

This is substance for reflection, Gina. I'd rather answer "no" to all of the above. Thank you. Love and best wishes,

Dreams are fine as long as you stay true to yourself and don't sell out. Whatever else comes is a gift from the gods/goddesses. I do pray a lot, though. And have tons of hope! Thoughtful write. ;o)

Regina,
Interesting piece. I know I would not. I am happy being who I am and knowing the people I do. Fame and fortune mean nothing to me.

I would never do such a such thing-
for success or fortune or fame.
I'll take what I get
from the gods, and I'll bet
You too, would do just the same.
