Happy New Year to you! and an invitation to participate in Contest #4

A brisk wind, bright sunshine, clear skies one day Grey and dreary, cold and humid the next

Thus, in December, weather set a mood which reflected the whole year of tumult and turbulence, beauty and soaring spirits - all riding on a wave of sorrow

Tiime passes and with it pass the moods but the causes remain, the reasons stay

Confusion bedraggles certainties hard won, easily lost Swing low then and

Rise again

This wild ride we call life is it a joke? is it a comedy? is it worth taking so seriously?

Why can we not admit how insignificant we are as individual, tiny creatures?

We'd rather invent eternity?

Yes, for only eternity makes sense of it all...the sorrow and the joy, fleeting as they may be, they recur.

So let me be a jester a joker a player a thinker, as well.

This year, we'll kick off with a silly contest. Play along? It would be please me greatly. Yes, I need some fun. Don't you? Cheers, my Friend. May 2004 be a good year for you.

RDP 2004

P.S. Well, may 2009 be a good year for all of us! As for another contest...I hope to run one when I have the time....'till then...
