Prepared for the St Andrews Day Grace at the Dumfries Burns Club by the President. Yours truly

From the fields and seas of Scotland

Our food and drink appear

Our grateful thanks dear Lord to thee

Be a guest at our table here.

From the fields of wheat and barley

Of berries and tatties too

The seas of fish; the streams of trout

Scotland's table, Dear Lord, from You.
