I will remember you well.
there are to many miles
and bad times
to do it any other way.
Hurt is forgotten.
Smoothed by the pleasent memories.
Quiet summer nights,
and cold winter days
When we were together.
Each moment an eternity of love.
It has been said
That time
is the greatest distance between two points.
It is true .
Time divided us,
not miles.
The miles only helped.
The door of hurt
has open and shut.
Now I'm on the other side.
I found someone,
you found someone.
The wheel turns onward,
toward future times,
and places.
Rolling over us as it goes.
I won't stop loving you,
in the special way of memory.
Perhaps one small spark,
still burns for me in you.
You said you won't forget me.
I hope you don't.
I will remember you well.
