Comes a time when we have to realize that we are not a product of our parents lives and what they entailed and that we don't have to follow the teachings of them or anyone else for that matter. Comes a time when we need to be ourselves regardless of the world around us.
Great Write, enjoyed this, Pierre |

Myth have it that Nero played the fiddle as Rome was alight with fire.
The truth at the en was that the fire started on the Camps of March stables by an oil lamp accidentally falling on the hay. Now you have it from the very horse's mouth that jumped from a window and was left to tell.
More legends? you bet, but them will cost you thirty pieces of Silver.

Stunning piece that expresses so well the dying culural and artistic talents of our times. I think it was country legend George Jones who sang "Who's Going To Fill Their Shoes" and that is so appropos in all of the arts.

I used to think that each of us is a hero in his/her own life,
a legend in the making. Fortunately, that bubble was popped when
my daughter asked me, Dad, how was in back in the olden days when
you were alive? I really like this, Linda. -gene. |
