Results of daily training

OX
by Henry Burt Stevens
06/13/2000

So many years I've spent
training this OX to walk
straight along the path.

Earlier was near impossible
his running and wandering
were almost constant.

But lately he walks slower
much steadier and not
so far ahead of me.

I agree slow and steady will get you there quicker. Too fast and you run out of steam quick.

Slow and steady is not a bad way to go.
