| The wild and rocky, unknown shores of "Pretend" ceaselessly have an appeal... but sometimes, as life progresses, whether it is just time-pressure, stress or the need for anchor, it seems to me that we are more ready to just hurry across the street and to shut our door on the world in order to feel safe and secure. Sometimes we lose interest in "the journey" and just have a need to "get there!"... Neat write, Henry. TY Kate x |
