As you all may know, this is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. October 20, 2008, I celebrate five years "cancer-free." This is my offering to He who made it all possible. Happy Anniversary to me....May I ever remain cancer free! Celebrate with me my dear friends. Thanks you for the prayers, reviews, messages, emails, support and encouragement to keep on fighting. May God bless you all with perfect health.

You have armed me with strength for the battle

You have put my enemy under my feet

You have given me a warrior mentality

So I won’t settle until the enemy I defeat

Lord, I have that can do power,

in You, I can do anything

I am strong, I am determined,

I am courageous

Lord, you blessed me with a lethal swing

Each day when I, carefully, put on my armor;

each day when I dress for victory

I am armed and extremely dangerous

He sees me, and the enemy quickly flee

I am ready, willing, and able;

Yes, I am more than a conqueror

I have my sword, my shield, my helmet

And  I'm headed straight for victory

I am mighty in the battle;

I show true grit and ability

The belt of truth now securely girths me

The shoes of peace  adorns my feet

On my head is the helmet of salvation

My shield of faith stabilizes me

The sword of my spirit is a reverberation

Of God’s words that daily guide me

Always in your words I find strength and truth, my dear Pamilla. In "More Than a Conqueror" you lead us all to fight the challenges of life with more than we are by ourselves, alone. From this posting, I take with me "My shield of faith stabilizes me." This short sentence, by itself, will remind me that I am never alone. God is everywhere, and never farther away than my prayer.

With love and admiration for a dear soul,
Richard
