Presentation is paramount when creating a eye catching dessert --- a behind the scenes glimpse into the art that is plate painting. |

Muscular and artistic hands - weaving the magic we call presentation.
I see the art, fashioned of edible sculpture.
Your formulations are the holy scripture.
you are profit of the palate, to your unwavering congregation.
cutouts of cake, bases; the pulpit from which you preach your decadent wisdom.
Dripping, oozing thinning sauces.
Prepping, squeezing; till heavenly visions are realized.
Tuiles, chocolate decorations; An offering of snap, of crispy symmetry; Oh lovely visual revelations.
Is it enough to paint those lines, to chase perfection to gain culinary holy ground?

| Loving this write, holy ground? WE all need to read words of this sort to seek our saneness and to have a good time doing it. I did on this one, it is amazing what you can write about when you think like this. |

| Your essence is in every creation. One indeed finds the sacred through work. The imagery here is, well, delicious, Amber. I'm suddenly very hungry... |
