This poem was inspired from The Peaceful Warrior book series.

Enjoy the moment...
Feel cold water on your face.
Jump in a clear lake.
Dive in a pool.
Run into a crashing wave.
Drift about on a river.
Clear your mind of all thoughts.
Be in the moment.
Check out the splendor of today.
Notice the wrinlkes on the trees.
Focus on a flight of birds.
See "Yourself" in the here and now.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Be in the moment....
Be still,
Be aware,.
.............
Peace
be
with
you
now.
and
forever!

A beautiful poem. Your words both inspire me to take a look at the many blessings around me and shame me for not doing so more often.
Thank you for the wake up call,

| This is a beautiful poem. I think that water is the sign of life and renewal. Many times, the waves, a sprinkler, or a lake reminds me of my childhood, as I often enjoyed the water alot when I was a child. This poem has a very important message. Living life fully, giving yourself time to appreciate the beauty around us, and taking time to renew, or recharge ourselves is important. I believe that there are always important "signs" in nature, and we are not aware of our surroundings, we will miss out on a lot of important signs, lessons, and the breath taking beauty around us. Excellent work, as usual! I really love this poem |
