Colours

My mind is swirling

multi-layered hues of emotion

and debris

remnants of fabric from the past

unraveling, fluttering and drifting away

to a faraway place

in time and space

lost but not lost

waiting for the opportune time

when all becomes clear,

weaving together once again

fuscia, turquoise, emerald, sapphire, emerald, amethyst-

magic-all

colours of my life, my time, my history

Forefathers and foremothers,

Quakers and pirates both

swirl through my mind

a calliope of history

what was and now is and will someday be.

possibilities regrets

what could have been and is or is not

forever twirling, swirling high above the astral plane

my spirit, my guide will tell me what must be done and how

proceed if you can,

How many steps at a time

it is different for each one

on the earth

regrets, they are many

but you learn along the way,

it is all a process, so the saying goes

before you judge a [wo]man,

walk a mile in his[her] moccasins

therefore, the proverb goes

it never ends

even when the final breathe is drawn

and they lower us cold into the ground

enshrouded in walnut or teak

or go up in hot cosmic smoke

 it’s only the beginning

one more circle of life

one more beginning

just ahead

at the end of the tunnel

lies another rainbow,

another birth

spirits never die

they only re-incarnate

Peace to the earth

This reads like a long sigh of eternity. I find it compellingly spiritual and somehow mythical as well. Thank you for sharing this gift. Love and peace to you,

This is a combination of circles and cycles of rings (SUBJECTS)
ontologic-spiritual... "Colours" of the rainbow of LIFE... -- there are many transcendental, teleological and psychological -- points in
"Colours" to be discussed... What I have read nourished my mind
and stimulated my Spirit on a dream of eternity now.

Please check the FIRST word on line TWELVE of “Calours” I read it
as “FUCHSIA”.
