To the best that I can remember I wrote this poem when I was a listening to Punk groups like Dead Milkmen and The Dead Kennedys. It was a poem that I envisioned being screamed in short fast bursts. It's very anti-social.

No friends,
I don't want none.
No friends,
I don't need none.
Friends are fake,
They are not real.
I do not need people
Who say they are my friends,
'Cause they ain't real.
If you wanna
Be my friend
You better just
Forget about it now.
All my life
I got along
Without any friends.
So don't SCREW with me.
Just leave me alone.
If you talk to me
I'll punch you in the face.
Just leave me alone
'Cause I don't need friends.

Dear G,
A real emotion, disseminated in this poem. I knew a man, a genius with the same philosophy! We became good friends! His modus operandi was the result of his beligerant demeanor precluded anyone from trying to relate to him. He was comforted by the fact they shunned him due to his feigned attitude, not the real him. Rejection based on the real him was more than he could admit, even one more time!
Rejection is hard for us all! But one case of acceptance and all rejection pales in the glow!
Very truly yours,
Bruce
P.S. As I came to know the real him, he was a decent, kind, thoughtful being. Not the hostile entity he displayed to the world.
