I am climbing
fences of media frenzies
into backdoor parties
during desecration
of the United States
without my government issued
gas mask of fear
sitting waiting
for something
anything
to sound a little right
do a little coke with the “W” ya
talk of evil do’ers
as justification
for extinction of young boys
with guns and
lost limbs
straddled over IEDs
color it with bloodshed
Crack a beer swig
tell me a story
my old Irish roots
will remember
