Who invented you, immortal soul?
Where are you hiding?
Why are you never at peace?
Why don’t they have remedies
From the pain suffocating you?
And whom do you yearn for
In the gray fog of solitude?

Our soul is found if we look for it. We are never without it, as I understand it. But your write is very interestng about the soul. We need to get out and see the world and not stay in solitude and make friends to find out sould and unite with each other in LOVE.

Hello Liana,
This is a poem of depth and soul wrenching yearning. I feel a relation to a life from long ago and the struggle to transcend from past pain.
Very well done.
