My dear Liana,
I am moved to deep emotion in sharing the sadness and sorrow and great misery your life on earth has thrown at you. By your poetry and by the words of your posted reviews, I have come to know that you are one who shines with glory when basking in beautiful and tender thoughts and expressions of the harmony of spirits of others.
It is in awesome admiration that I read of how mightily you have faced the hardships of a cruel and wicked world and kept your faith that there will be yet "The kingdom of love and repose."
Though you have suffered a wretched life overflowing with disappointments and jagged wounds, still you call upon your Creator to "Remember me, O Lord" and are ever grateful with a thankful heart for the blessing of your son whom you love "with all my heart."
With faith, I share with you my dear Liana that God has a special place for those who have suffered and kept their faith. And I tell you with confidence that the future of one who lives with God in their heart is to live in the heart of God.
I add my prayer to yours, Liana.
Love,
Richard |

You truly did an excellent job
Translating this beautiful prayer
I certainly never thought of
heavenly kingdom, as
Darkness and death
But I guess for the love ones left on earth it would be!
Beautiful,I think its sad and painful!
Yet I found it to be inspirational!!
Outstanding write!!
Peace love and hugsss....Morning star

I've never considered Heaven to be a dark and lonely place, but maybe in the sense of sadness about being away from our earthen loved ones, it is.
Aside from that line, I love the poem.
Thanks,

I am a soldier on the battlefield of love
Exhausted and all bloodied by the fight
Yet always living through the hell of battle
And craving for one more.
Sadly, that seems to be the way of love more often than not. A prayerful offering, Liana; thank you for sharing it. Love and best wishes to you,
Regis |

I agree with Andre... I didn't understand the third line of the first stanza. I hope for a heaven filled with light and living. :~)
This poem speaks of those who search their whole lives for a love that never quite materializes...yet the Lord will fill their hearts with love in that perfect day.

| Liana, a broken soldier, exhausted and bloodied by the fight, yet always living through the hell of battle and craving one more (this is oh so true in so many people's lives) I loved the metaphor in this poem and the beautiful inspirational aspect of it. The images were magnificent and it flowed with grace and dignity. An excellent write! |

This poem would reach its star without the third line of the first stanza.
Outstanding composition... "REMEMBER ME, O LORD" makes the reader's heart boil its emotions. I had to dry my tears to follow my second reading. This poem is a poetic bouquet.
