I wrote the alma mater for my high school in 1951. Entered and won a contest for the words--got $10. Still the alma mater.

(To the tune of the Cornell University alma mater)

Clarence Central, we all love you

More with every year,

And we'll try to bring you honor

All the time we're here.

Clarence, we'll uphold your standards,

Keep you great and strong;

Then we'll always be victorious

Over all that's wrong.

Chorus:

In the years that lie before us

When we're far apart,

Thoughts of Clarence, like a treasure,

Will enrich each heart.
