A song of the O'tl Sea Garden, for a night when the Moon is once again full in Pisces, a time of dreams, illusions and watery wormholes. |

The moisture sometimes
Brings strange afflictions
To one whose homeworld is
Hot and Dry,
But he grows old regardless
In a blue and always rainy place,
A world where everything is
Either seashore or sea.
A little gray at the temples
He reclines on sand,
Cradles the face
Of his Beloved.
A single flower grows
In the soil of their gaze.
She, in a green pool,
Head to toe
A soft brown
Pelt, each strand seemingly
Coated with chains of
Silvery bubbles.
She rarely leaves
Her element.
He came back through
Time and space,
Remembering her eyes,
Her poetry,
Her touch.
His companions continue
Their endless future--
Immortal travelers--
He chose to return here,
To Time's prison.
Amor Vincit Omnia.
