Liz,
It does seem like life throws curve ball after curve ball. Harder for some than others. Stay strong. Love and Hugs,

| That is a great description of the frustration of pain and confusion when it seems impossible to do anything about them. Well written, Liz. Unfortunately, the best way to know how to write about such events is to live through them. I echo John that you show great strength, but please take time to care for yourself. Remember the admonitions, "Be still and know that I am God," and "Hand your troubles to God for Him to work out." Easier said then done, but search for the faith, and you will find it....Jerry |

Elizabeth,
The honesty and directness of telling are unimaginably powerful here, and nothing is denied or pushed under. You show great strength in this fine poem.

Quill therapy with really timed and rhymed song lyrics, Liz...acoustic guitar and chromium strings could pluck this out...the best songs are written from real incidents in life...Remember, Roy Orbison did Crying...be well.

"Left with frustrations and crying" tears give relief -and crying is an outlet. Good poems about crying are rare, like this one.
