Elizabeth, a powerful poem. I am also bipolar. It prevents me from writing often times. I also believe strongly in God, though I don't always pray enough. Congratulations on your new granddaughter. I realize you probably can't answer my messages while you're on sabbatical with the little one. I have a four-year-old granddaughter named Mia. My relationship with her is compromised by the bi-polar.
Best,

| You've used contrasts very well in this poem of spiritual struggle. Liked your phrase "life against the pull". Other's words can sometimes be the family we need. Especially God's Book |

Life imitates art, doesn't it, Liz? Being one who knows what's going on in your personal life of family dynamics, Baldacci's characters Sean King and Michelle Maxwell adds some realism in First Family, the newly released thriller. Keep reaching Liz, those children come first...Blessed Be.
