From the vaults of childhood...should I admit that?

        Beyond the water, there is always land.

        Even the sea binds;

        And if one cannot always see the shore,

        The shore is always there.

        So it is with emotion:

        Every kindness, every fleeting thought of love--

        And every hatred too--

        Will reach its shore.

        Even if one cannot always see,

        The shore is always there.

Indeed, Leslie; even though one might not always like what the tide brings in. Thank you. Love and peace,

Yes, the shore is always near, yet at times we drown ourselves in the emotions expressed in your work. A wonderful write!!

As the tides flow to and fro, so does the love swell in it stillness. Very soothing and peaceful write, very enjoyable....

Be safe,
Karen
