Revelations always follow on the heels of grandkids staying over!
|
Breakfast foods elate--you can eat
Rainbows, or graze
On alfalfa,
Create riddles or rhymes
Spooned down
To the tune
Of snap! crackle! pop!.
Man has walked
On the moon's face,
But his fantasy cavorts
In toaster ovens and bowls,
Reality
Is a flight of vampires
Turning low-fat milk
Myriad irridescent hues.
