       love affairs
      as many and as varied
      as seasons in or out of place. . .

      was South Texas summer
      much thunder,
      little real rain.

Few words which evoke things forgotten. Can feel those South Texas summers - not my favorite seaon, though. Actually South Texas summers sound like West Texas summers - where I'm from.
