Memories of a Treasured Love

Traveling down the winding paths
of the memories of my mind,
you appear a misty image,
your breath warm upon my cheek.

Visions of love and laughter,
carefree moments we thought
would last an eternity were
lost in the ravages of time.

Cherished memories of days gone by
remain, never to be lost in the
sands of time.
