I leave this piece for you to determine its meaning...that is what poetry is truly meant for.

Death My Vice
Crucifixion - Conviction Sacrifice and Devastation my vice, I suffer the pain of another who doesn't want to face the truths life fucking brings upon us, I can't see because I've lost my vision, I can hear because I lost my sense of sounds, nothing echoes in the depths of hell. You - you're too deaf to hear the cries of those who die before me, fallen into the depths of a hole black, transfixed into a box sealed by locks of hair that fell from a sea of blood those who pass over into the abyss of my darkness that never ceases - the blood drips like tears from my eyes, the pain cries like a woman dying, she's too gone now to bring back crucified by those who pretend to understand the pain she's been through, conviction - her time spent here waiting for the reaper to capture her soul though she knows long ago it was sacrificed for the living lost beyond return from the devastation that befalls the world - none of you see, too blind to listen, to deaf to see the coming of death...

Such a painful piece of writing. It sounds like hell on earth.
I love the picture.
A little correction for the last lines: "too deaf to see".
Thank you for sharing!

POWERFULLY expressed, darkness in excellent lines: my favorite, "too blind to listen, too deaf to see the coming of death." Well done!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla. |

very deep and dark. i love those last few lines that some people will just glance over. "too blind to listen to deaf to see." the inner core of some will see and read between your lines. most will never understand. these words have enormous value and even deeper meaning. sometimes when you totally sell out your the one who is sold and dark fates await. wonderful work, wonderful
always,
