Golden Man Mellowly warm and reflecting the sunlight From diamonds on the sapphire sea. Golden hair glowing in the hot rays so Penetrating and sharp. A golden man without laughter, Steel-blue eyes on the distant horizon. Sapphire seas to conquer, wallowing waves to overcome Working toward another shore. The now eludes a golden man Who sees only the distant horizon, The vastness of an ocean to conquer; When love is right there beside him. Gold is cold. Gold cannot absorb the sunny warmth Bestowed upon it. It remains forever cold Yet so, so beautiful.
