Two moths could have been dancing to a waltz by Strauss,
with every sway~ their  color irridescent  Gray
mixed with torquoise ~offered a fascinating choice~

My thoughts turned all fanciful hoping with romance
I'd soon be filled, being in love with the thought of love
and having none of its side effects~except what dreams reflect~

The sun was getting ready to make its wondrous beauty known
as it set~and before it said goodnight, it's flame and  yellow light~ streaked through the heavens like a rocket in flight~

I needed arms to surround me, kisses to ignite me~
carresses to excite me~poetic love words whispered in my ear
magic touches that bring me ever near
to let your body implode mine with a climax most divine~

What better way to match the beauty of the  sky
as the sun says goodbye and the moon says hello
with its gorgeous starglow~ and I know
nothing can ever be this good until it is understood,
that  the gift of God's creation is the beauty in our relations!~

~etw~

Yes indeedy, our earthly orgiastic experiences are a physical picture of the spiritual sublime, I think, Eileen.. and vice versa. The two are but one, especially when all the elements of our being are forged together in that sense of climax. I love the way you have thought about the shape of your poem here; it really does look like an explosion on the page! :)) Moths are such a good illustration of this, flying into the burn as they do. xx
