I think this poem captures the meaning of "Diversity" and understanding people from different cultures and backgrounds. It is true, that the "tie that binds is stonger than we let on." Each day, we pass others on the street, in the train, or as we go about our business. But do we take time to know them? Do we reach out of our own comfort zone to help those who are from different cultures or backgrounds? Your poem is very insightful.

| It is great to know we are tied together and one with God. Leaving our mortal things behind is not hard if we love God. We cannot store our treasures here on earth. Such a profound religious writing and I got much out of it, much more than mentioned here.********** |

"... That thread is Love for each because we are 'mankind' "
We should all take care of 'that thread' - treasure it and not let it rot. When many pieces of thread are entwined - it is virtually impossible to break, a lesson we should take to heart.
Thank you!

A wonderful write, very inspiring and uplifting...wont that be a great homecoming day when we get to go home, eternity with our family that went before, friends, ancestors, and to see our Savior! What a day...yes, it will take love in our hearts, for all mankind...love thy neighbor as they self! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you! Great write! Great reminder!
Blessings,
