Here's To Hoping

Feeling good, feeling better, nothing like feeling best

Time to eat, time to drink

In between lots of rest

Days are long, nights are short

Hardly any time for fun

If walking is best of all

Why even try to run !!!!???

:) trying

This is cute, Neerja! I surely don't try to run, but I know that walking is good for me. Doc always asks me if I'm walking.
I always feel guilty when he asks because I don't do it enough.

Hugs,
Connie

We can only do what our bodies allow us to do...for me walking is the extent of my physical exertion and I am fine with that, as Christine suggests...gives us more time to enjoy the beauty of this world around us.
