This is cute, Neerja! I surely don't try to run, but I know that walking is good for me. Doc always asks me if I'm walking.
I always feel guilty when he asks because I don't do it enough.

We can only do what our bodies allow us to do...for me walking is the extent of my physical exertion and I am fine with that, as Christine suggests...gives us more time to enjoy the beauty of this world around us.
