Another TOLT exercise. This was a study in syllabic blank verse on the subject of hygiene with a syllabic pattern 3,6,1,4,8,4,1,6,3. The more astute observer will see something particular about the pattern. |

MY FAVOURITE PLACE A clean bed Is a hint of heaven Or, At least, cosy. When I slip between smooth, fresh sheets And nestle down I Am in my favourite place For Sleeping.
When I wake I am at peace, peaceful; Yet Ready to rise And face whatever the world has To offer me. Not Stressed or aching, not tired But ALIVE!

Well... I guess I am NOT an astute observer! hee, hee, hee...
I can't figure out the particularness of the pattern, but I just made up a new word... particularness. :~)
Keep writing...

And the important part of course is to be alive, not just physically, but spiritually as well, nicely done....
Be always safe,
