We all face such difficult decisions in our lifes at time whether they be natural or man made...I think we have to balance the risk against the profits on life's invisible scale and just ask ourselves is it worth it.

It's a Catch-22: danged if you do, danged if you don't. I hear ya; I need to understand more of what you are going through every time it storms. I will try to do better; I promise!
