There: don't we both feel better? =]

Image (c) 2009, Karla Dorman

Deep breath, in, out, once more.
Become one with the air.
Relax.  Close your eyes.  Get
rid of the bad news you've
been polluting your mind
with lately.  Away with
the sadness, the anger,
the despair that things won't
get any better.  They
will, in time.  Just takes time.
The rainbow always comes
out after the storm; it's
always darkest before
the dawn.  Breathe.  Let it go,
the stresses and worries
that have bogged you down; let
the tensions flow out of
your muscles.  Imagine
someone massaging your
poor, your tired - ahh.  Feels good,
doesn't it?  Getting so
relaxed you're wanting to
take a nap, a smile on
your face.  Massages do
that, make you feel all is
right with the world again.

I feel an excessive debt to you right now.
Reading this was a massage message.
And yes- it felt very good.
This was so wonderful for a terrible bleak cold rainy day.
I better read it again.
:)
