A lovely petal of endless time...I watch the shadow of her soul...Drift as she...Upon the cliffs...

Her soul traipses through the night

Across the murky sea

A lovely petal of endless time

I gaze as if hypnotized

Relentlessly searching is she for whom

As I watch the shadow of her soul

Endlessly mourn

She speaks no evil in silent night

Though the scent of her perfume

Drift as she

Upon the cliffs

Where from there

I watch the spirit of her

Waiting it seems endless

For whom

I have yet to see

This gives the impression of a solitary figure waiting, mourning, for one as yet unseen. She must make a striking picture, as you are so absorbed in her search. You paint a fascinating scene in these lines. Connie
