I liked your use of the journey towards the horizon to reflect upon our inner ups and downs and the glimpses of certainty alternating with life's uncertainties. A well-written poem enjoyable on several levels.
We may be detoured, but we're bound to finally see that upside down moon!

| a surreal view, Dale... which is probably what it's like after long hours on the road, driving as it were along horizon's edge. Perspective is a funny thing... even funnier when exhaustion also kicks in. I think your Big Country skies must be amazing territories to keep pace with and traverse at sunrise and sunset... our little British ones are usually hampered by terrestrial impediments and restricted views! I enjoyed this downside-up view as I journeyed with you! :)) xx |
