Children

Children are great,
and I can relate
to others as well as my own.
Mine has been the reason
to complete my happy home.
I believe in discipline and a little switching,
but when a parent does more than that to harm a child,
those moms and dads really need some fixing.
I don’t believe in the insanity of God,
or the devil made me do it.
They just have evil souls and that’s all there is to it.
Any grown person who can think at all,
surely knows right from wrong.
Why don’t they stop saying they didn’t mean to do it,
with their pity song?
I wish there didn’t have to be any children sick or harmed,
but hopefully for those who are,
God will take them in his loving arms.
Being a mother is the best thing that ever happened to me.
Until I was, I didn’t feel complete.
The blessings that come with motherhood just can’t be beat.
Children are gifts sent from above.
It is our jobs as parents to fill their lives
with sweet abundant love.
Being cruel to ones child is inconceivable to me.
I really find it hard to understand, why it has to be.

Nicely done.
It's horrible, the people in the news lately who so cruely abuse their children. And those who do it in the name of God are despicable.
