COUNTRY & EASTERN MUSIC

Old, I'll never be! Old, I'll never be! As an elixer it's known; Distilled from fermented corn. In my cup the moon's afloat, And so. . . so am I!
My friend once more to meet; I'm delighted! Yes, my old friend once more to meet, And I'm delighted! Moonshine means friendship's warmth. Moon Shine means drink of Gods'. The perfect name for illegal brew. The autumnal wind? Whether it blows! Whether it blows, Not in the slightest does my body feel cold. Appropriate to wash away the years; Natural to bathe in mountain dew; The hickory fire we'll light and warm the brew, Then that moonshine we'll all drink together! As you, my dear friend, can see about you now: Moon and Stars--Darkness there is none! The perfect place. . .on the river bank, While within the cove we make that Moon Shine.
Old, I'll never be. Old, I'll never be. As an elixer it's known; Distilled from fermented corn. In my cup the moon's afloat, And so. . . so am I!
Based on "Shojo"--a Japanese Noh drama. Lyrics (with my original music) available for reissue.

I-Dude
I like it whatever it's sitting on. I haven't had a slug of moonshine since I left Appalachia.
(This review was originally posted by David Arthur Walters. Both I and Mr. Joh object to AD's arbitrary changing it to Hiroshi's name!) |

Though I'm a quick Japanese Joh, I think I can share your sentiments.
I wish to hear your original music described in the above line. |
