Just a weed

On concrete ledge

outside sheet glass

against iron pipe

under wall hook

looping electric wire

from massive poles

all along street

one living thing

small and green

growing towards sun

with colour blossom.

 

People also pass

like blind fools

not even noticing

miracle of life.
