There's really nothing like playing in the bath tub...

MY LITTLE BOAT

I love to float my little boat,

I have this fantasy.

If I could shrink a little bit,

Then I could go to sea.

I’d sail across the bath tub wide,

Through typhoon, wind and rain.

And hope that Mom don’t pull the plug,

And wash me down the drain.

hah ha! I thoroughly enjoyed this little tale Stan!
You have done a wonderful service by speaking on behalf of millions of children who do not have your gift with words to express their joy.
I hope that this gem reaches a huge audience. This is a keeper!
The ending is just priceless and ironically humerous. :)

a good laugh and funny well crafted ditty! I clicked on it because I love boat references and was pleasantly surprised... "thru typhoon, wind and rain!" I can just imagine "the video" of you "going down the drain"! Lots of fun!
