loss of a dear friend, |
|
I lost a friend to murder one day
She died a gruesome death
Life was going well for her
She was living in good health
Until she made that fatal mistake
of going grocery shopping
cause on her door of life death was loudly knocking
Her life was taken quickly
the bullet hit her between the eyes
Her soul silently drifted away
along with her piercing cries
she felt only a second of pain
her body trembled with fear
her life flashed before her eyes
her thoughts were unclear
sometimes I ask myself
is there a bullet with my name on it
Is my blood on the knife
Is there a psycho somewhere counting the days left in my life
you should ask yourself those questions
dont wait until the end
because if she would've stayed home that day
I would've have never lost a friend

| Heartwrenching!...with a tear in my eye, I think of the days of losing two of my best friends this way. Something I will never understand, I have to tell myself they are serving in a better way. Warmth and Love to you, as you walk through the horror of this day. Carin' |
