Swirls of sky colors
dabs of white sparkles
resonance heartbeats
and the continual reminder
unity is a consciousness

the self disciplines its
unruly thoughts and
mindful chatter of wasteful
worries

to focus instead upon energetic
signatures tickling the extremes
and internal playgrounds
of its human biology

flashes of light ignite
the peripheral lenses while
auric fields illuminate
the illustrated matter

placing one foot in front of the other
balancing realities
