| You've been busy while I've been "away"! This is perhaps one of your all-time best in every sense. Indeed, I will be adding this to my library. The writing, style, message are absolutely wonderful. The last stanza, in particular, is brilliant. |

The second stanza adds the conflict in this poem... showing the warring of the mind. I have to disagree with the line that says the powers that be aren't listening though... I believe they always listen, just that sometimes they laugh at our opinions of what we think ought to be... :~)
