DANCING IN THE PARK

You take me in your arms
the music starts to play
and hold me very close
as our hips begin to sway.

We glide across the lawn
‘tween tables, shrubs and swings
the music that we dance to
is the song the bluebird sings.

We know it’s time to go
because it’s getting very dark
but we can’t help ourselves
when we’re dancing in the park.
